It's a must breakfast, lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed especially Friday or Saturday nights perfect atmosphere great drinks the bar is awesome!!!

I guess we just expected a little more. Although the service was excellent. I don't think we'll go back

Ok, I didn't enjoy this experience. But that's cause I didn't listen to my sister. I'm a big fan of Jorge's. I ordered the shrimp with beef, shrimp yummy, meat "no bueno". It was flavorless and tough.Moral of story, listen to my sister and order carne asada smoothered in onion and peppers.

Best burrito I have ever had. I used to live in Tracy, but now I drive an hour and a half round trip for the burrito. I get the carne asada burrito. Great service as well. Fairly decently priced. When the bar was opened they had great drinks.

Excellent tequila selection. Decent Mexican food and will have to have more meals there.

Real nice authentic Mexican food, a bar with happy hour prices as well as mariachi or band come in on Friday's around 7pm.

I adore the food here! It's so good!!! But I hate the rude customer service! I always take my food to go because it's not worth spending my time in a restaurant with hella rude customer service. The customer service just kills the mood. But over all the food is really good.

Just went back today and let me tell you, carne asada La Tampiqueña is really delicious! Nevertheless 7 Mares is so great also, if you're really l9ve Mexican food..this is the place in Tracy.

This is usually a good place to eat. I think that they were having a bad day in the kitchen. I sent back a dish that I always enjoy and ordered another one that I love. It wasn't any better but I didn't say anything.

The older woman with glasses isn't very kind. Thats a shame. The people that pay to eat here are who pay the bills. Remember that.

This has to be one of the most authentic Mexican places in all of California and the USA; e.g., they serve "pepinos con limón y chile" as an appetizer! I've NEVER seen this in any other restaurant in the USA, and yet growing up in Mexico this was my absolutely favorite snack (I'd eat this ALL the time!).

El Tapatio in Tracy is open for business and the food as the service is top quality as always I recommend it.

Authentic flavor and down home atmosphere. I stumbled upon this place and wow am I glad I did. Me and the Mrs were looking a lunch spot after visiting a location in Tracy. The food was outstanding. Fresh and cooked to order as well as flavorful with every bite. Stop and enjoy a good meal and great atmosphere. You won't be sorry!!

Terrible service! They didn’t give us salsa with the chips and when we asked for it plus some extra salsa we got attitude from the waitress. My husband asked for more water and when she came to fill his she ignored mine even though it was almost empty. The food was horrible as well. The salsa they serve tastes like spicy salt water. My husband got the Bistec ranchero and he didn’t care for it or the small portion. I got the chicken taco salad and it was literally bagged salad mix like you get from the grocery store with PLAIN grilled chicken on top. No flavor anywhere in the salad. You would think the chicken would at least be marinated or something. We won’t be back.

The waitress had a hugh attitude the second time we went. The first time was awesome and we thought we'd come in and enjoy their food and music a second time but the waitress just ruined it.

We come here every few months for our quarterly safety meeting. Staff is always very friendly. This place has a good selection of traditional food as well as seafood. Prices are very affordable and you get a good amount of food on your plate. Also, plenty of seating for large groups.

AH, the Chili Rellanos are the best. Chips always crispy, we could drink their salsa. SO GOOD. Service always fast and with a smile....

It's alright. I just didn't like the fact that they serve you cold food. I had to have my order taken back to get reheated. The drinks are good though. Nice servers but not much of anything else.

I don't know what happened here. But their carnitas seemed boiled and lacked any flavor or taste. Basically, tasted like wet pork.Also, I have never tasted anything as horrible as the green sauce they put on my wet burrito in my life. It just ruined it.I've tried allot of verde sauce on my food from more taquerias then I can remember. This was just my plate, the rest of the family had similar feelings.For a place with such great reviews my family and I were astonished with what we got.It's going to take a lot of convincing with them to give them another chance.A side note, we came when they were not busy. We were maybe the 4th seated table in the whole place. But that shouldn't make a difference.This will change if we go back, hopefully.

This is my fav Mexican restaurant in tracy Calif! I love my chicken enchiladas. Everything is good never had a bad meal ! You won't either and service excellent and sooooo friendly !!

Excellent food, large menu with traditional and Tex-Mex selections, full bar, nice ambience, superb staff ... always my "go-to" when I'm in Tracy

Authentic and yummy! Has many vegetarian options and some VEGAN options. Tasty and not just a wedge of lettuce 😑 lol. Servers knowledgeable on menu and very friendly.

I came here for my birthday last night and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The mangonada margarita was so good, I had two of them! I loved my fajita combination plate as well. Definitely plan on going back again.
